Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Amzal.ma. We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our handmade products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. International Orders

For international customers, please note:

  • Return shipping fees and customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued after the product is received and inspected by our team in Morocco.
